This disclaimer explains CraneQualified's independent status and its requirements for examination security and responsible training use.
1. Independent Platform
CraneQualified is an independent online training platform developed and operated in association with MSC Safety Solutions and Colorado Crane Operator School.
Unless expressly established in writing, CraneQualified, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME TO BE CONFIRMED BY OPERATOR BEFORE PRODUCTION], MSC Safety Solutions, Colorado Crane Operator School, and ProLevari are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators, Inc. or CCO Certification.
References to CCO Certification, certification programs, examination categories, or related marks are descriptive and referential only. They do not imply an official relationship or authorization.
2. Trademarks and Third-Party Rights
Names, acronyms, certification titles, program names, logos, and other marks associated with the National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators, Inc. or CCO Certification belong to their respective owner. CraneQualified does not claim ownership of those marks and does not use third-party logos unless separately authorized in writing.
All other third-party names, standards, regulations, manufacturers, products, and marks referenced in training materials remain the property of their respective owners. Their mention does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or approval.
3. Independent Training Materials
CraneQualified training materials are independently developed from sources such as publicly available standards and regulations, manufacturer information, industry knowledge, accepted safety practices, instructor experience, and original educational design.
Questions, scenarios, terminology, or subject matter may resemble topics commonly encountered in crane operations, safety training, or certification preparation because those materials address the same public standards, technical concepts, and industry practices. Similarity alone is not proof that confidential or actual examination content was copied or used.
4. Examination Security and Prohibited Content
CraneQualified does not batch harvest actual examination questions. The Platform does not authorize scraping, soliciting remembered questions, collecting, purchasing, reconstructing, distributing, publishing, or maintaining banks of actual, remembered, reconstructed, confidential, stolen, copyrighted, proprietary, or otherwise unauthorized examination questions or answers.
Users, instructors, employers, contractors, and other contributors must not submit, upload, share, dictate, describe, request, reproduce, distribute, or incorporate confidential, copyrighted, proprietary, remembered, reconstructed, or actual examination materials into the Platform or related training materials.
This restriction applies whether content is obtained before, during, or after an examination and whether it is shared in writing, verbally, electronically, through images or recordings, or through automated or artificial-intelligence systems.
5. Enforcement and Removal
We may reject, remove, quarantine, or investigate content that may violate examination-security, confidentiality, intellectual-property, contractual, or legal obligations. We may suspend or terminate accounts or access, preserve relevant records, and take other reasonable protective action when misuse is suspected.
Anyone who believes Platform content infringes rights or contains unauthorized examination material should contact us with enough information to identify and evaluate the concern. We may request additional information before acting.
6. No Certification or Passing Guarantee
CraneQualified is not a certification body and does not issue CCO Certification credentials. Training, Platform access, course completion, progress, scores, practice performance, or certificates do not constitute certification, authorize a person to operate equipment, guarantee examination eligibility or success, establish employer qualification, guarantee employment, or ensure regulatory compliance or safe job performance.
Users and organizations are responsible for confirming current certification-body requirements, application procedures, examination policies, eligibility rules, testing conditions, and credential status directly with the relevant certification body.
7. Safety and Professional Responsibility
Training and examination preparation do not replace employer duties, hands-on instruction, practical evaluation, manufacturer instructions and requirements, inspections, applicable laws, standards and regulations, qualified-person decisions, site-specific planning, or professional judgment. Employers remain responsible for determining qualification and authorization. Actual operations must be performed only by properly trained, evaluated, qualified, authorized, and supervised personnel under applicable requirements.
